Customer installation at Forward Signs
Customer installation at Forward Signs

Project Description

Forward Signs (Toronto) has installed a MultiCam 3000 Series CNC Router with automatic tool changing for aluminum cutting and production of signs and channel letters. The company was founded in 1986 and caters to local businesses, but also has clients across Canada and the U.S. The company won four awards in 2012 from The Sign Association of Canada including Premier Awards in the Neon Signs, Monument Signs and Engraved Signs & Images categories, as well as an Award of Merit in the Way-Finding Systems category. Its 50,000-square-foot facility produces a huge array of products including 3D signs, banners, canopies, channel letters, construction signs, cut-out letters, metal cladding, menu boxes, pylon signs, retrofit lighting, sign boxes, specialty items, way-finding signs and wall murals. MultiCam’s 3000 Series CNC routers have standard features associated with more expensive machines. The all-steel, moving-gantry design allows machining of large parts while maintaining a small, space-saving footprint. The ATC (Automatic Tool Change) option gives users exceptional flexibility. Designed for a wide range of medium-duty panel processing applications, the machines are ideal for companies looking for both value and high-performance in a CNC router.
